Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any item once it has been shipped. Please review your order carefully before remitting payment.

1. No Returns After Shipment

Due to the nature of precious metals — including their spot price volatility and the verifiable nature of physical goods — no returns will be accepted once an item has been shipped. This policy applies to all products offered through SYG Club, including gold, silver, platinum, and palladium bullion, coins, rounds, and bars.

By completing payment on an invoice, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final and irrevocable upon shipment.

2. Pre-Shipment Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipment, you must contact us immediately at support@sygusa.com. Pre-shipment cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of SYG. Cancellations are not guaranteed and may be subject to a restocking or administrative fee.

Once an item has been packaged or handed to a carrier, it is considered shipped and the no-return policy applies regardless of whether tracking has been updated.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is materially different from what was invoiced (e.g., wrong product, clearly damaged packaging due to carrier mishandling), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement, credit, or partial refund.

Normal toning, minor surface marks, or variations inherent to bullion products do not qualify as damage and are not grounds for return or refund.

4. Authenticity Guarantee

All items sold through SYG Club are guaranteed to be genuine precious metals products. Each lot is sourced, inspected, and verified prior to listing. If you have a concern about the authenticity of an item received, contact us immediately with documentation from an accredited assay lab.
