Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Responsibility

The buyer (member) is solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with their order. Shipping is not included in the listed item price and is not calculated until your order is finalized and your invoice is prepared.

2. How Shipping is Calculated

Shipping costs are calculated on a per-order basis and depend on the following factors:

  • Total weight and dimensions of the packaged order.
  • Declared value of the shipment for insurance purposes.
  • Destination address (domestic or international).
  • Carrier rates in effect at the time of shipment.
  • Any signature confirmation or special handling requirements.

We will calculate the exact shipping cost once your invoice is ready and communicate it to you before processing the shipment.

3. Payment of Shipping Charges

Once your invoice is issued, we will notify you of the shipping total. You are responsible for remitting the shipping amount in addition to your item total. Shipping charges will be clearly itemized on your invoice.

Items will not be shipped until all amounts — including shipping — have been received and payment has cleared. Partial payments will not trigger fulfillment.

4. Packaging & Insurance

All precious metals shipped through SYG are packaged discreetly and securely using industry-standard methods to prevent damage and minimize theft risk. Shipments are insured for their full declared value through the carrier. The cost of insurance is included in the shipping charge communicated on your invoice.

5. Carriers

SYG ships using reputable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier selected for your order will be at SYG's discretion based on value, weight, and delivery requirements. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

6. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. SYG is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, customs processing, natural disasters, or other events outside of our control. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

7. Lost or Stolen Shipments

In the event that a shipment is lost or stolen in transit, SYG will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and insurer. Resolution timelines are determined by the carrier and insurance provider and are outside of SYG's control. We recommend that you require an adult signature upon delivery.

8. International Shipping

International orders may be available on a case-by-case basis. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any additional charges levied by their country. SYG does not collect or remit foreign taxes or duties on your behalf.
